Opcare is pleased to offer service users virtual appointments to ensure we can continue to provide you with support, advice, and treatment – even if you are unable to travel to the clinic. The appointment will typically last no more than 20 minutes, and will be with a clinician from your local service. They will ask you a series of questions to understand your situation and how we can help you. Please be aware that some types of treatment are not possible in virtual appointments, such as adjusting the fit and/or alignment of a device, or where we have to repair a particular part. Your clinician will explain what is and isn’t possible for you, and talk you through how we can best support you.
This is a private and secure video call service for patients with pre-arranged appointment times. Contact your local service to find out more.
