    Returns Policy - Opcare Clinics

    Right to withdraw
    Buyers have the right to cancel in writing the contract with Ability Matters Ltd within a period of 7 days after date of delivery but must return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery undamaged in its original packaging. Byers will be fully refunded within 5 days of receipt of returned goods including the original postage and packaging charges. Buyer is required to pay for the cost of returning the goods.     Faulty goods
    Ability Matters must be advised in writing within 7 days after receipt of goods if damaged, pilferage is revealed. Buyers have the right to return faulty or damaged goods to Ability Matters within a period of 14 days and receive a full refund within 5 days of receipt of returned goods including original and return postage and packaging charges.

    Where should I send my returns and how long does it take?

    For UK and Ireland, please return the product to the same location where you purchased it.

    Please remember that until we have received your return parcel it is your responsibility, so please ensure that you send your goods securely.
