We have worked closely with the NHS and service users to develop and design a service capable of meeting the ever-changing needs of patients. We also have state of the art scanning and manufacturing capabilities with the latest robot carving technology to support the design and manufacture of custom contoured seating.

Clients need to fulfil the NHS eligibility criteria for this service and will need an initial referral from a healthcare professional such as GP, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Nurse or Consultant.
Where appropriate, a full assessment of physical, social and practical needs will be carried out by our trained specialists, who will help to clarify the client’s objectives and the options available.
We also offer a wheelchair voucher scheme which allows the client to extend the choice of wheelchair beyond the range offered and supported by the service. A voucher is given to the patient with a monetary value equivalent to the cost of the wheelchair that would have been provided by the NHS. The voucher can then be used to purchase a wheelchair directly from a supplier. The patient is given the option to decide whether the NHS retains ownership and responsibility for maintenance or whether they take on the responsibility of ownership and maintenance. The voucher is intended to last for 5 years unless clinical needs change significantly within that time.
We understand how fundamental our service can be to clients, and we focus on continual improvement and exceeding each patient’s expectations.
