    Coronavirus (COVID-19): Guidance for Patients

    During this unprecedented time, we are doing everything we can to keep supporting you. This means protecting your safety and well-being in line with social distancing measures, but also providing the orthotic, wheelchair and prosthetic care you need.

    All our routine face-to-face appointments have been temporarily suspended following NHS and government advice, however we continue to offer emergency support as and when required.

    Additionally we are rolling out virtual clinics wherever possible, offering our service users the opportunity to speak to a healthcare professional by phone or video link. We are still here to give you advice or guidance, and in some cases can even send equipment to you by post.
